with Twisst ISS alerts
What's your best tweet?
We now send out 11.000 alerts a day, so hard to tell which one is the best. I suppose the ones that let someone see ISS for the first time.
Is there someone you want to follow you who doesn't already? If so, who?
The astronauts inside the ISS would be cool. That would be recursive following! Then again... maybe that would break the internet.
Why should we vote for you?
Because I celebrate how you can bring joy to thousands with just a good idea, a Twitter account and a little help from your Twitter friends.
What's the most interesting connection you've made through Twitter?
The most interesting is the group of @twisst followers as a whole. There can't be many other accounts with followers in over 160 countries.
How do you make your tweets unique?
Every follower gets a personal tweet. We try to tell them when, where and how well the space station will be visible at their exact location.
Who do you admire most for his or her use of Twitter?
A lot of people learn about science from enthusiastic experts on Twitter, such as astronomy journalist @govertschilling (@goverttweets).
