I use Twitter for customer support, sales, PR, marketing, product management and professional networking.

What feature should Twitter add?
Extended Validation (EV) SSL on all of their pages! That way, users will know that they are on Twitter.com and not some fraudlent site.
Who do you wish had a Twitter feed but doesn't?
My dog. I want to know what he does all day while I am at work...
What are some words or phrases you refuse to shorten for brevity?
VeriSign - I don't even lower case the S!
Is there someone you want to follow you who doesn't already? If so, who?
Yes. @TechCrunch - They follow <700 people, so if they followed me, it would validate my efforts - and I'd get some serious bragging rights!
Have you ever unfollowed someone? Who and why?
Yes. I unfollowed someone (unnamed) who seemed ok at first, then tweeted like a spammer, then I realized they were just a nuisance.
Why should we vote for you?
I monitor Twitter every waking hour (via TweetBeep and SocialOomph) and try to respond to every customer - whether good news or bad.

What's the most interesting connection you've made through Twitter?
I've met some great people at some great companies. By naming any one in particular, I'd be leaving out 99% of the other interesting tweeps.

How do you make your tweets unique?
I'm not sure that my tweets are "unique", but I try to add value to the twittersphere by being myself and helping people in any way possible.
What inspires you to tweet?
A simple "Thanks" or Retweet from a happy follower. It's a great feeling to know that people are listening.
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
No. Is that even possible? I assume I would just get unfollowed...

Search and follow your favorite people. Tweet often and don't give up! If you tweet it, they will come.
How long can you go without a tweet?
A weekend...but I can't be near an internet connection. The force is too strong!

Yes. It has helped me establish an online presence for my personal brand, my company (VeriSign), and my industry (tech security).

Listen.
How will the world change in 2010?
Probably at the same ridiculous exponential pace, but I won't even notice until I look back in 2011.
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
Retweeting a bot that posted a link to a 3 year old blogpost. I can't stand when people don't research their links.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
The world will be even more connected using future technologies that are spawning in the minds of today's children.
