By trying to do things differently and creatively. Our tweets from technical rehearsals are very popular

Sometimes there's just too much news at the RSC...no one has complained yet about too much tweeting

Be friendly, be real and be interesting. Arts organisations shouldn't just use twitter to sell tickets
How long can you go without a tweet?
We tend to have a tweeting break at the weekends...unless something important is happening
Why'd you start tweeting?
We realised that so much happens everydau at the RSC, it would be a shame not to share it with the masses

Twitter has changed the way the RSC communicates with its audiences...we now have 2 way conversations - revolutionary!
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Participate! A lot of people read our tweets, but they don't communicate with us
