No, not really. I want folks to follow me if they want to and if they like my content.

Yes, because the person was negative and a bad role model for social media marketers. Some folks are just jerks. :)

My passion for my career, the fans I take care of and music industry

Nope...I try to be aware of that one for sure... its like calling someone too much.

Why'd you start tweeting?
To be able to respond to customers, learn more about social media, engage with fans of Sugarland-the band I work with.
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
Somewhat. It has helped me keep my finger on the pulse of social media trends trends & keep up w/ Sugarland fans and customer service.
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Share valuable info instead of telling me what about their day at school, work, home.
How will the world change in 2010?
More digital everything. Customer service will become even more important as online reputations will be at risk if not handled right.
