Twitter or Facebook?
Twitter: short, sweet & to the point. Nearly perfect!

#friedchicken - just no reason to be trending. Ever.
What feature should Twitter add?
Selfishly, I'd love a dropdown flight info screen customizable for every user which always - truthfully - reports "ON TIME."

Twitter opens the floodgates for customer feedback and kills so many hours of sleep every week.
