I use Twitter to provide the fastest real time customer support imaginable.
What's your favorite Twitter app?
CoTweet is a favorite of mine. I also use Tweetdeck.
Twitter or Facebook?
You can't beat the speed of information transfer possible with a Tweet.
What was the funniest trend you've seen?
Some of the iPad trends are pretty good.
What feature should Twitter add?
A tutorial on the difference between interaction and spam.
Who do you wish had a Twitter feed but doesn't?
I was going to say Santa Claus, but then I realized I'm already following him.
What are some words or phrases you refuse to shorten for brevity?
Nouns.

I once found an ArtFire help guide written in Chinese through Twitter from a Chinese ArtFire user.

We interact with fellow tweeps to get their feedback on the site and work with them.
What inspires you to tweet?
fellow tweeters.

find a good link shorter, learn to abbreviate, and follow good tweeters to learn their secrets, interact, look out for spam, and have fun.

About 30 minutes, if I try really hard.

Who do you admire most for his or her use of Twitter?
I greatly admired the people who made use of Twitter during the Iran elections, as well as those that support Haiti with tweets.
Why'd you start tweeting?
We started tweeting in fall of 2008 as a way to reach out to more members. It wasn't long before we realized Twitter's potential.

I’ve noticed that since I’ve been tweeting I tend to separate my own internal thoughts into one hundred and forty character snippets at a ti

How will the world change in 2010?
I imagine mobile devices will become a greater part of people's lives, along w/ mobile shopping applications (something we're working on
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
People do share a lot of personal info on Twitter, don't they? ;)
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
People will make a shift to support small businesses and handmade goods, supporting local artisans rather than big box stores.
